Youth Performance is a program for middle and high school athletes (6th-12th grade) looking to build an athletic foundation transferable to their sport and overall wellness.
Our program is designed to improve the general physical preparedness in our athletes by enhancing a foundation in the 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
12 Sessions (June 3-August 8)
Monday-Thursday 10:30-11:30am
